November 2-5
Probably our last "snow-less" trip to McCall. As soon as we pulled into the driveway I asked Jonathan where Kingston's bag was to get his coat out and he looked at me and said "I thought you packed his bag!" That's right...we forgot clothes for our little guy. Luckily we had some diapers and a pair of PJs and then Joan and Cam brought us up some more diapers on Saturday.
Saturday morning we went to Ridleys to get Kingston a new outfit. Before heading home, we stopped and visited Dan. Kingston was so excited to walk up to the door himself and ring the doorbell and Dan was so excited to see Kingston. We visited while Kingston played. Then, we went outside and Kingston was so thrilled when Dan gave him a bucket and shovel and showed him how to scoop up the snow. We couldn't get him away from it! But we got some fresh garden carrots, a whole sack of potatoes, and an assortment of squash and pumpkins.
We were going to go to Saturday evening church, but Kingston slept till 6:00 so we didn't make it. We met Joan and Cam at Shore Lodge to watch the BSU game. Dinner was great, but I didn't get to see much of the game since I was chasing Kingston around. He had so much fun! He finally crashed and we found a quite couch to rest on.
Sunday morning we made it to church and then had breakfast at Joan and Cam's. We went back to our place to watch the Denver Bronco game and then packed up and headed home. Kingston slept the entire way home (that was a first).
Here he is vacuuming...he loves that vacuum!
