Pumpkin Carving

October 29-
The kids and I pulled up our sleeves and got to work on our pumpkins.  Kingston tried to clean out his pumpkin guts but it was too much for him!  However, Julienna was quite intrigued by the slimy seeds.
Kingston went solo this year and only had me cut the top (and take out the insides), but his design was all done all by himself. It was fun to see him be creative.

This was his final masterpiece!  Kinda abstract but still perfect!
Julienna enjoyed herself getting into everything.  She dumped the entire bowl of seeds and guts out kept trying to steal the carving utensils.
But, we ended up with some pretty awesome pumpkins in the end. I made Kingston a dinosaur pumpkin so he could have one that lit up at night!
