September 3-6
Big excitement for Kingston. Grandpa Dan brought over his birthday gift and surprised him with a gun (I do not remember the specifics, but 22 long range sounds vaguely familiar). The boys enjoyed shooting off the deck! Julienna and I made some birdseed pinecones and got pretty messy. We also went out and did some paddle boarding on the lake with Amy. And to add even more excitement, as were leaving we watched the helicopters scope water out of the river and put out a fire across the way.
