June 24-
Alyssa and Molly invited us to the pool. There is a perfect kid pool that's only 1 1/2 feet deep so Kingston can reach. Of course he didn't go down for his morning nap and then fell asleep in the car on the way over. But we still hopped in and he eventually started splasing a little and playing with the pool toys. Molly loved the water. She was floating on her tummy and even went on her back for a little bit. Kingston could learn a thing or two from her.
He started swimming lessons last Friday. He held on to me tight the whole time. We sang songs and splashed. He did good at knocking down the turtles on the side wall and by the end he attempted to blow a bubble in the water. I wouldn't exactly call him a fish in the water, but I'm excited to go again.
