We couldn't quite decide on our Thanksgiving plans, but when the ranch in Hailey sold, we thought we better take the opportunity to visit one last time. I'm sad to think that we won't be able to visit the spot where we were married and that Kingston will never experience the wonderfulness of the Hailey house, with all the wide open spaces.
It was a quick trip (just overnight), but Jonathan helped get a lot of packing done and brought home lots of boxes of old trophies and school papers! We had an excellent turkey dinner and lots of fun and laughs. Emily and I even made an emergency trip to Albertson's for cinnamon while the guys looked up some of the tins to see what they were worth (lots of tins, huh?)
Kingston did really good and enjoyed being outside. He liked petting the horses and chasing the cat.
Kingston was having so much fun playing solitaire with Uncle Zac.
After our quick trip we learned that the ranch doesn't have to be empty for a few more months. So hopefully we can get a few more trips and memories in before that time.
