What a great day for the pumpkin patch! When we started out, it was hot! But once the sun went down, it cooled off. Unfortunately, Uncle Joel and Grandpa were both out of town, but Kingston showed Nora all the fun the pumpkin patch had to offer!
We took the hayride out to the pumpkin patch to find our perfect pumpkins.
There were tons of good ones and it was hard to choose. We had to hurry since it was starting to get dark, but the moon was full. Grandma, Lindsay, and Nora took the hayride back before us because we weren't quite ready. We ended up walking to the next patch to find all the little gourds. Kingston had fun finding little pumpkins and he even found one for his little sister!
We made it back to the weigh station and had 30 lbs of pumpkins! While Jonathan and I took them to the car, grandma and Kingston found the corn box. I think Kingston could have stayed in there all day! He was having so much fun running around and helping bury the other kids.
Then we explored the petting zoo, went on the train ride, and finished with the bounce house.
Whew! It was a fun night but exhausting!
