I was lucky enough to get the day off and join Kingston for his first school field trip. I think I was more excited than him. Since Grandma has lots of time, she joined us, too! It was so fun and I'm so glad that I get to share in those experiences with him.
We rode the bus out to the Emmett apple orchard. The kids learned about how apple trees grow from a seed and then found different ways to compare their apples (size, color, shape). We helped fill the buckets and even went home with a bag of apples.
