Pumpkins and Ponies

October 19-
Grandma and Grandpa's church was doing a "Pumpkin and Ponies" event and we weren't going to miss it.  Jonathan had homework so just Kingston and I met them.  We started in the pumpkin patch to find the perfect pumpkin. We asked Kingston if he wanted a big one or a little one and he said "little one."  He tired out a few before deciding on his little pumpkin.

We stood in line to weigh our pumpkin and saw some really big pumpkins! Kind of puts our little 3 pound pumpkin to shame!

Next up was the washing station to get all the dirt off.  Grandpa helped get the spots Kingston couldn't reach.

Drying off our nice clean pumpkin!

Then came the fun part...decorating.  They had all sorts of cute sticker packs to decorate with.  We chose a lion...how appropriate!  Kingston was pretty good at placing the parts in the right place.

Tada!  Our Lion Pumpkin!
They also had ponies pulling carriages, but Kingston didn't want to ride so instead he played in the sand while we had hot dogs.
