Joy took me out to brunch and a movie last Sunday to celebrate my birthday! We had brunch at Goldies and it was delicious. I had french toast stuffed with bananas and walnuts (I don't normally like walnuts, but it was so good). We got in a lot of chatting!! Then it off to My Sister's Keeper. It was a good movie, but lots of crying!! We both walked out of the theater sniffling...and of course we forgot tissues so my sleeves were soggy.

I did have to call Alyssa and find out the book ending, which was very different than the movie.
