Brylee's counts were high enough to let her come home for a few days before starting her next round of chemo. That meant that she got to spend her birthday at home! Jonathan dropped off our gift in the morning, but Kingston really wanted to give Brylee a pink balloon. So that evening we were going to tie our balloon to the door (the whole way there I prepared Kingston that he wouldn't get to see Brylee), but Brylee was feeling well enough for visitors so we got to join the party! We got there just in time for presents and cake. Kingston has a little nagging cough, so he wore a mask. He wasn't the only one who brought a balloon and him and Zayden were running around like crazy boys with all the balloons. Ryland liked to watch them! And Brylee just took it all in stride and didn't let those silly boys bug her. She is so tolerant of them.
I didn't get a picture of the inside of the cake, but it was a delicious 4 layer cake...yellow, red, purple, and green!
Brylee got a karaoke machine for her birthday so she performed a couple of songs for us. It was so cute to watch her spin and twirl. She knows how to put on a show...even with 2 boys as backup dancers!
We were all finally in one place so we were able to get a "cousins" picture.
And a picture of Nana and all her goofy grandkids!
