Christmas

December 25-

We had a full day of fun and presents! When Kingston got up, he came and found me.  He played with his new remote controlled train while I finished getting ready.
Julienna got up shorty after and Kingston helped me get her dressed for the big day!
We got daddy up and we all headed downstairs.  I don't know quite what Kingston was expecting, but all he was concerned about was if Santa had eaten his cookies (and he did!)
He was so excited when he came down and saw his train set, transformers, and dinosaurs-that-didn't-transform!  It was everything that he asked Santa for!
Grandma and Grandpa showed up shortly after that and Kingston was excited to show off his new toys.
We spent the next several hours opening presents, eating monkey bread, and playing.  Grandpa tried to play with Kingston, but he wasn't giving up any of his new toys and all that he could offer grandpa was an orange!  We are really going to need to work on sharing!

Julienna enjoyed all of her presents, too!
Kingston got an Optimus Prime sword from Suzanne and it was probably the best gift. It lights up and says a few things.
And, not to be left out...Jonathan also got some Transformers!
Julienna and I preferred clothes and other things to the boys' transformers.
As if that wasn't enough fun, we headed over to Joan and Cam's for the afternoon. We got a surprise visit from Monica and Zayden.  Kingston was very excited to have Zayden over to play with, which meant Ryland was stuck with Julienna!

Kingston was very polite and said "thank you" before every gift and gave lots of hugs!

Look at all those toys!  It is so much fun to watch the kids light up when opening their presents.  They had fun playing with EVERYTHING!

Jonathan had brought over some old family pictures so we had fun comparing parents to kids.

The boys (big and small) had a sword fight later that evening.  There was a lot of giggling and laughing!

I would say that these 2 had a pretty great Christmas!  They both got spoiled beyond belief!
